You do not want to pay XX for the site and find out certain tenants at higher rents do not want it and you are left  with lower per sq ft tenants.If this is STNL pharmacies, national gas stations, and banks pay the most for corners.

When I got stationed here I bought a 3 bed 2 bath house that was a fixer upper.
