Hi everyone, I joined BP in the last week or so. I don't have much of a background in real estate in particular, but have always been interested interested in investing, finance and business.   I have a finance degree from Auburn (War Eagle!) and a law degree/masters of tax law from University of Florida.

While I was in school (finally finished up 8 months ago!), I set my sights on an early entry into real estate investing after I found a job. I am particularly interested in starting out by house-hacking, and have been monitoring the MLS in fort walton beach/destin/pensacola since day 1 of starting my job to try and familiarize myself with the market dynamics. I am thrilled to find this community and the wealth of materials on this site to bring my knowledge base to the next level to get me ready to make my first move. Any advice is appreciated!
