I got a bunch of Census statistics and the January Zillow Price/Rent ratio for every ZIP code in the country.

I'm pretty sure that there is not one person in this country who has purchased insurance that hasn't experienced some sort of frustration at one time or another... insurance agents included.

All with much higher returns compared to other parts of the country.

We can certainly give you an idea of what the return would look like, if you are looking to invest out of the country. 

Even to this day I am regularly exchanging ideas with other successful property managers around the country, mostly through National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
