After years of using a property management company, I'm looking to self manage two 4 bedroom/2 bath student housing condos I own in a college town. 

They offer wealth management but they also offer joint venture deals where they look for partners to purchase Multi-Million dollar REI portfolios. 

I'm kind of torn on what to do.Let her know you have an obligation to the entire association and renters to keep the property safe and free from crime and noise issues.
