As far as here, I have never heard of (at least to this point) people being able to get this chemical that must be applied by a licensed pest control operator.Regardless, I still go back to my first explanation to say that applying it yourself (even if you can legally get it) may not be the best thing for you.

I'd also suggest you provide a letter of explanation of your intentions as they may also exempt some restrictions if that becomes necessary.
