Dependant HUD purchase

I have a question that maybe someone would have insight on. I support my disabled mother who has many health problems. I have been looking to buy her a place to stay close to me so she has the freedom of her own place but yet I am close enough to help. I found an incredible HUD first look property. Does anyone know if i could give her the funds to purchase it/live in it then eventually have her transfer the title to my name?
