I don't like using trulia, or zillow and I've used a real estate agent before but I can't keep using them to pull accurate comps especially when I'm not able to compensate them until I get my first wholesale deal.  

If you're still not able to find them, just call a city/county zoning commission / zoning board and they'll point you in the right direction.

Again, it's right next door, but the tenants are too lazy to do this.Since we're based out of Hartford, we're not able to self-manage this building with 200+ people.
