How did you organize the LLC?

HOA: A homeowners association is an organization that makes and enforces rules for multiple-unit buildings like condominiums and townhouses and planned communities of single-family homes.

I'd start with your Linkedin database, contracts in your phone, Facebook friends, and then work out from there to church, college, frat, social organizations, neighbors, high school friends, family, former work colleagues, etc.   

You have to donate to a qualified organization.

It's not a calendar app, but fits a huge part of what I need as far as being able to brain dump tasks when I think of them, quickly, and no matter where I am, then keep organized with anything that needs tackled.

Personally - and I don't recommend it to those who aren't organized - I keep it all in one account until I am ready to transfer it into a reserves or savings account.

I would also suggest trying to find a mentor, whether that be somebody you meet organically through local/virtual meetups or a paid mentorship.

Constructive criticism: you are causing your own problems.You played social worker/charity organization, so the tenant No longer sees you as a landlord or business.

How do you all save your rental property documents, handle receipts, and generally stay organized with your paper work?

Keeping that organized is one thing, but adding in tracking finances, teams & people, projects, etc.
