I'm looking to buy multi-unit apartments from 5 to 15 units in Lehigh Valley County, in a good areas (Whitehall,Macungie, Easton, Bethlehem,...).

This is my first multi-family property. 

Getting good, qualified tenants into your properties will take a week or two at turnover and more after initial house cleaning.There isn't a shortage of crappy multi's in Ogden. 

1, A multi-member LLC is stronger,  Have your wife/husband co-own with your if you are married. 2, In your formation papers, articles of formation, State that the owner of the PA LLC is owned by the Wyoming one. 

I'm moving to Florida, at least for a year or two.  My job allows me to work from anywhere.  I'm excited about house hacking, but Southern Florida margins look too thin,  Jacksonville is hot but looks super-competitiv...

The inventory for multi family units is currently very good and I know of some other good opportunities.

As far as multi, it seems most landlords offer free water/sewer/trash services.

If I find a way to get a multi family location within the area I need to live in for work I will definitely sell this home and get it.
