2. Michael Cheng, michael at archershomes.com

Why? Both are incredibly data driven which leads to better results. They don't just go off of "gut" and "local market" knowledge that every agent touts. 

Sophia has a team of folks analyzing comps, market trends, and she's super dialed into the San Jose market.
