At a rent of $1000/month (way outside the range of mobile homes that I was originally considering) we would need 200 properties.  

what type commercial properties is he comfortable owning (apts, mobile home parks, office, retail, etc), what role does he want to play (equity partner, co-manager), when does he want the initial investment returned (five year hold period, longer?)

Could someone explain to me the benefits of mobile homes vs other investments?

Hi - we recently listened to a podcast on mobile home parks & can't find it now. 

Ex:  buy and hold, fix and flip, wholesale, notes, lease option, single family, multifamily, apartment building, developing, tax liens, hml, short sale, subject to, self storage, parking lots, reits/syndicate, senior housing, land contract, mobile homes, special needs housing, etc.There is a guru for each strategy very rare will you find someone that will do all of the above. 

Isn't there anything you can do about putting in an additional 3 very small Bathrooms like someone would have in a trailer or mobile home?
