Once it's clean, paint the walls with an oil-based Kilz primer.

I have come across similar situations trying to track down current owners of mineral interest for an Oil & Gas Lease.

However as of yesterday, the tech showed me the oil leaking off the coils.

Even here on BP you will find some of these "snake oil salesman". 

I could go on for pages on detail of all the things the contractor did during the remodel (bleaching concrete floors etc and what we tried once the remodel was complete, repainting walls with oil based kills, sealing tile grout on brand new floors, hi powered ozoneators for weeks. 

TX is booming, oil, technology, healthcare and massive population growth here!

@David Holt @Sam Craven I am moving back to Houston this summer (lived there from 2010-2012) I recently quit my job in oil & gas to focus full time on my real estate investing. 

This building will be worth 300k when oil comes back up but I know it's all about what I can do today not when ever oil decides to come back ha ha. 

They will not accept things such as paper diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, children’s toys, wads of toilet paper, balls of hair, grease, oil, table scraps, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, rocks, or newspapers.
