Since then I have joined BiggerPockets at the end of July, read "The Book on Real Estate Investing with Little or No Money Down," "How to Invest in Real Estate" and several others, along with listening to the BP podcast when ever I have the opportunity!

You will also learn a ton from the first few properties that you will never be able to read in a book or listen to on a podcast. 

I have been listening to the podcast non stop, daily while working.

I found out about the wholesaling strategy as a means to fund future real estate deals and ever since I've been listening to podcasts related to wholesaling, I even bought some books to educate myself even further into real estate investing.

Hey, I see this in the lease but it doesn't appear to be happening, then be quiet and listen. 

I am excited about this community :) I never listen to podcasts, but I looked at the BP podcasts.... so many amazing topics!
