What often happen is the homes are purchased by Chinese investors and are either left empty, or a son is living in it going to collage.

I thought it was more personal to hand write the address and send it in an envelope.Well, I mailed my 40 letters and was working on my next batch of 40 letters and.......I realized I left the last digit of my phone number off of all the letters I just mailed.

I know too nice learning that cause now at time of court I never got her new address or current employer so without that I can't enforce the judgement and she also left the unit a complete mess.

I did pull enough out early on to pay off my own home, so I am currently debt free besides my 0% apr auto loan.My plan is to learn as much as possible here on BP and diversify a big chunk of what's left over into local real estate.

I will also be marketing the properties for re-sale and getting contracts aligned, setting up closings etc.

The cost of living in San Antonio compared to the other big cities in Texas is lower and businesses are opening left and right.  

All of my current properties have 12 years of a 15 year note left so I will need to make extra payments to meet my goal. 

They tried to raise it the next year to $2,100 -- the tenants left.
