I would work with an agent who has investments of their own because not all agents are knowledgeable in that realm. 

I feel like if I just jump in without guidance, I will lose both my butt and my interest.

To my knowledge they do not offer any PM services and if they did, I would avoid it.

It almost feels like there is a movement encouraging it.

I like Wilmington and have been a few times, but no investment-related knowledge of that area.

My goal of becoming a broker is two fold:  1) Build a career with high earning potential   2) Use that income paired with the knowledge I would gain to invest.
