Lol, that sounds like an awesome lifestyle :)

He simply doesn't have the income with his lifestyle.

I am blessed to have become a member of Lifestyles Unlimited. 

I've been to a few Guru seminars and have done a ton of reading and research over the past 8 months so now it's time I get moving.I'm currently owner/president of a Web Design & Development company with a goal to diversify my income and lifestyle with real estate investing.

With roommate situations you are allowed to be much more subjective with your tenant criteria because they are applying to live in your house and they should meet your normal criteria, but also need to be compatible with your lifestyle.

I love the lifestyle and look forward to moving to our floating home each year.You might want to rent an RV and spend a month living in it before you make a purchase decision just to see if the lifestyle is for you.

I do have the required reserves and I live a frugal lifestyle so I'm not super worried as my income can support my mortgage.

If it's an issue affecting a tenant 'life-style' change (i.e. appliance, plumbing issues, etc.) be sympathetic and show that you're on it. 

We are sitting on months of resources available to us thanks to our frugal lifestyle, multiple income streams, diversified investments, and shared commitment not to be victims constantly hoping for luck, Providence, or a deus ex machina to save us from the perils of a broken world.
