Put in some nice furnishings, a good bed, access to your internet, and make a new friend!

I have some self taught knowledge through reading and the internet but if anyone who has actually done them before and have any advice, I would love to hear them!

I’m sure most of you are familiar with 5G connectivity. 5G will not only be faster, but it will also serve as the backbone for driverless cars, safer surgical medical procedures, safe drone operation, less traffic jams on the streets and increased precision in manufacturing.Think about how much progress has been made since 1G. 1G connectivity allowed us to talk on the phone using cellular towers. 2G added text messaging capabilities. 3G introduced internet capabilities. 4G made all of the previous features even faster.

If you have that name, do an internet search on the individual. 

Maybe 20 years ago would require obligations, but the internet has been around for a while and credit bureaus give me all the info I need.

I’m guessing he posted here with his name, then thought it was not a good idea to post what a “great” deal he was getting from this little old lady...for anyone to find on the internet   

I have searched the internet for landlord program description and guidelines without success.   

Call the e-mailer and ask him what's going on vs asking for internet speculation on what someone else did.

We have an external camera which stops working and then I've had to check for power and internet power outages every time this happens to find out that's it probably the guest.  

In this day and age is the internet there are certain behaviors that definitely make way more sense than the old tactics.
