That's what I do.My lease specifies where tenants can park per city/neighborhood rules.One adult could have one car and 10 kids... occupancy and cars need limits on each (assuming your area allows occupancy limits on humans in bedrooms).If your tenant has too many cars, does your neighborhood fine your property... or put a ticket or tow the car itself?

Sans tree's.Foreclosure... bought court house step for 125k.. house was human tragedy to much to explain.. the lady who lost it though owned the 4 acres behind it..

The reason for that is your average contract in Maryland is somewhere around 50 pages, and depending on what addendum you add can easily push 100 pages.The people who want to throw 20, 30, 50 offers out and see what sticks will typically in our area just become agents themselves due to the absurd lengths of our contract....and to top that off, that strategy is frowned upon in many areas in the DC metro area (Montgomery County, DC, PG, Fairfax County, Arlington County).

I've been to a handful of "gurus" seminars in the past and quite frankly, not only do I not have a lot of money to invest in properties, I don't even have the money to pay their absurdly expensive programs!
