I keep waiting for prices to slow too, but there is such an imbalance between the employment situation, which is the best in the country by far, and the housing situation, which is quite limited in supply, that I actually foresee continued gains in real estate prices until tech finally crashes.

We've both had employment with the same company for over 2  years, it's just between getting pregnant and having down time post injuries we've been living off of our savings and staying with family until the work is full time again. 

This would include a home office that an employee maintains for the sake of convenience for the employer. 

My clients who are traveling nurses use AAA capital in Florida but they can only lend at a time where the nurses have an employment contract.

Fortunately, I can have some availability during the day and week in my current employment with enough advanced planning to obtain permission from my supervisor.
