My background is in corporate finance and I moved to Washington 5 years ago from Hawaii after getting hired at a company here.

Traditionally I've been big into stocks and other more liquid assets, but a couple years ago I hired a guy who was a former house-flipper.

So, through research I came up with the idea to offer virtual property management services for example (rental postings, lease generation, work orders follow-up, deposit accounting and so on) but it looks like most states require a broker for these services.

We now have over +300 members ^^ We've also had active BP bloggers like @Brandon Turner & even @Joshua Dorkin, CEO of BP, attend out meetups as virtual guests.We meet about once a month in Seoul.

The process involves hiring an architect for plan submissions to the board.  

That would probably help you cash flow as well... but I would still try to avoid levering up the main practice.One other thought would be that if you do acquire the mixed use property I would hire a property manager to run the mixed use building to witch your dental practice would pay rent just like the other tenants.

For example, when you hire a GC there's a legal document for that or if you hire an employee there's a document for that.
