Care to elaborate?

Hi @Amit Patel be very careful RE is addictive. ;) I agree with @Raymond B. start reading, watching and listening like crazy, very thankful for sites like BP for it's access to education.  

You can't be there, and so you need to pay others for their time and knowledge, and from my experience at the end of the day no one you are paying, cares about your investment the way you do.

That's why the original post.This is why I'm so ademant about people using the word "abandoned" when, in fact, it appears that someone does, in fact, care; at least enough to be paying the taxes.

They take care of business and are very reasonable.

I can rent from anyone, but if I have to rent, I'd love to rent from an experienced investor that I can take care of a unit for, and learn from.

Lots of emotions as they declined in health there.  

So, I don't really have a question per se, but any thoughts, tips, etc. on this situation would be very much appreciated.  

Everyone has a different skill set, so be careful with any advice you get.
