Hi all,I recently purchased a property from @Antoine Martel (MartelTurnkey) so thought I'd leave a review on what my experience was like: Prior to my purchase, I was waiting to buy real estate through a turnkey provider for quite some time but never felt fully confident with how various providers were operating or with their inventory for me to make the jump.

I was just at a capital raising event in New York City pitching miami and columbus. by far there is more interest in miami for development, land entitlement, etc. you also aren't local so I'd discount what you say by like 80%. even if you are looking at "condo" investments, that's about the poorest way to invest in real estate so I'd say just you looking at that says something about your experience level.

Current rent for a 3/2 is 2200$ .Is it wise to convert the officeroom into a bedroom by adding a closet and then market it as a 4 bed 2 bath for 2450$.What will you do if you were in my shoes.As long as the office has enough space to make sense and the criteria to qualify as a bedroom I'd do it, especially if it is in an area / neighborhood without many 4 BRs.

Though it is over 50% cheaperin my market, the price came in about the same although Reonomy isn't market-based but is limited with contact search, Reonomy has loan maturity data which co-star is lacking which is a big upside. costar has leasing data and is also more accurate.
