A 23 cap deal is even unreasonable for deals that were purchased after the crash for a bargain in 2009 and have now rebounded.If you truly have a deal on your hands my best advice for you is to partner with someone successful in the industry.

I would keep them though cause you're going to have another furnace go up and it's good to have them on hand to loan out.I'm betting its something simple to fix like a thermocouple or an igniter.

exactly....you would NOT believe what we have seen pulled out of the blower motor because they removed the filter (but forgot to replace it).We even had one filter so clogged it got sucked into the blower motor fins & was subsequently shredded.I can remember the days when you had to go in once a month & oil the blower motor bearings by hand but those suckers ran forever.
