Hello fellow BP'sI live in Irving Texas, does anyone know of a great mentorship program or a great mentor in or near Irving Texas?

Or does the government fully pay for them?

I wanted to know if anyone out here started with this program or if you have anything positive or negative feedback/things to say about this system.

Looking at your credit there are stated commercial programs out there that can go up to 75%.

Instead, you can export as PDFprint as PDF(depending upon your WORD processing program) and send that copyBTW: Opensource supplies FREE OpenOffice which will run on PCs and Macs

There are multiple offer programs out there that have forms to fill out and submit to sellers or seller reps.

Id check in to Lima One Capital's rental 30 program.

She and I are both new to the program and trying to get info out of the local HAS is proving to be difficult. 

It only cost $100 which is the annual membership to the Austin REIA so we signed up.We did not take the next step and sign up for his guru program.
