If one of my FB friends shares my ad on his or her own FB page, and someone ends up booking a stay from that share, I will give that friend a 10% bonus for sharing it.

Serving you is of most importance to a great agent with a commission check being a bonus. 

MetLife seems to have a more generous view of “unseen” damage, and will often cover claims that 95% of other companies would deny outright.

Price slightly below market and you'll get a great pool with the added bonus of applicants who might stay a really long time because they have roots in s.buffalo.

I've also found with the above and the ability to have a dog is additional bonus for the qualified tenant (I'm talking about someone who takes care of, and cares for their dog, not somebody who ties it to a chain in the backyard). 

Some bought a property before another property sold and another used it for a down payment before their bonus check got cut. 

Another bonus with this technique is that if you have not done it in earlier years, you can "capture" all of those savings in the first year in which you decided to do this.
