Would make a great storage room for someone who wants to can and store food.- Outside needs to be repainted completely.

I am new to Self Storage investing and I am looking at a buying a few storage facilities.

He will have a few ovens, refrigerators and freezers along with some storage area.

I have an empty shipping container in the back parking area, a 15X15 storage room w/ a boiler and some misc supplies, and an unused "office" perhaps 5x20.   

Fresh out of college working a corporate job and looking to learn more about and shadow an experienced flipper.

The area I’m in is scarce in apartment complexes and self storage so I’m wondering what are some good asset classes that produce decent ROI , IRR , have good cost seg returns , and can manage to invest out of city or state ?

So far just some landscaping and a 10'x16'storage shed (since there is no garage).

They were not explicit that the shed on the complete (left) opposite side of our home from their house (we thought it was simply storage for us) is their ‘work shed’ where they congregate, repair, and ride motorcycles.

In general it is best to own your primary in your own name, especially if your state has homestead privileges.My property mgt s-corp I use for my portfolio does rent storage space from two of my commercial property LLCs, but I doubt there is an advantage to renting your primary res to yourself.
