@Jonathan Reid I'd be careful with trailers....not saying they're bad automatically, but just do your research so you really understand what you're getting into. 

If they say they are not going to bother coming, is that a bad thing?

That’s a significant amount but not as bad in San Fran as the rest of the country.

Getting 100% funding can be a bad choice in certain instances.

I think your trying to make a bad deal sound better.
