You may feel out of your depth at first but the more you attend and learn the more comfortable you will feel. 

I realize some people on here may disagree with me but I feel like it is extremely important to build a solid financial base through Index ETFs and savings in high yield savings account.

I feel that after listening to the BP podcasts for that past few months that I am convinced I would certainly have more control over the return on investment by purchasing the duplex.
