What in your experience is the easiest, fastest, and most affordable way to clear title?

What’s the fastest way to get another house so I can get another tenant in there so I can get to financial freedom without using a private investor or hard money lender?

@Travis Anderson     It depends on what your LOC looks like, but most people will eventually start financing their deals, as leverage is the fastest way to grow and also remain liquid if another deal comes along.

I just finished my first 15hr course, and have a few more books/courses lined up to help me get up to speed.  

If you bring them a deal, you can ask for a small part of the profit as a finders fee, in the process you will likely learn quite a bit that would ultimately speed up your journey even if it doesn't solve the cash problem completely right away.

Your conversion rate is based on many factors:- Your salesmanship skills- Your marketing message- Your speed to contact the seller- Etc.Another thing is your perspective.
