I've actually developed a fear from reading BP in the nightmare of getting rid of an unwanted squatting tenant that won't pay rent, but the process in getting them out is horrible.

This is due to reluctance to sell family property to a "get rich quick" guy or the always evil "developer".

I develop towers for all of the major carriers.  

I work in construction as a project manager with a degree from Purdue for a local developer with multi-family, office buildouts, etc.This opportunity is definitely of interest but something I'd like to discuss further to see if it may be a good fit. 

He claims to mentor young entrepreneurs about business development, start ups etc, but he doesn't really.

I'm an IT leader at a small company, I have infrastructure, custom development (.net), and BI/datawarehouse teams.  

As I've developed cashflow and a process for investing, I've started to look at other areas.

We recently accepted an offer to sell a property, and there is a 30 day "due diligence" contingency.Being that we are selling as a development opportunity to a developer, I'd like to know under what conditions the buyer can back out based on results of the DD?
