If it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to remove it then I would say do it as that shouldn’t effect resell or rent income at all and it will save you in the long run because tenants aren’t always mindful of things like that.

I would not provide rollers, I would suggest that she has 2 strong armed men help her move them in and out when she needs to clean.Clean tenants are great, but really, she needs to have someone lift them up, is she such a "PIG " !
