Personally I like investing in my own home market because I feel like it gives me an advantage in that I’m more familiar with the going’s on in and around the area.

I love the idea of adding a touch of luxury to make it feel like a high-end haven, like a fancy Jacuzzi bath, just to name one.

I acknowledge the fact that I owe $740 and feel bad that I didn’t pay the $370 last pay period.
