Grade school math itself isn't difficult. i think the questions come up when you are unsure which numbers plug in to the equations.

(Of course, read the title commitment or have someone experienced help you through this.)I believe it is still true that you must hold the property for 90 days.  

I'm just starting out and I'm looking for some opinions from experienced investors -Q: I have $40k to invest (can pull out as a 401k loan), should I invest this now or wait a year when I'll have a total of $80k to invest with? 

I also have family in the Dominican Republic and know the difficulties to find job.

There are barely any comps to compare them to if any.Looking for more multis but having difficulties analyzing these properties.Thanks!
