@Jack Moran, the answer to your question is yes, you can do a cash out...as long as your DTI and credit score fits the bank's criteria.

An excellent way to keep that rate low is to put anyone that can fog a mirror in as fast as they can.

The city threw a fit, the owners and all of the residents fought back saying it was beautiful and should stay, and now the Van Gogh house is a real permanent thing, a city approved thing!
