In the coldest days in the winter the heat in the units never actually reaches what the thermostat is set to even set to say 65degrees.

Very good lighting inside&out (on a timer), plus motion activated lights as much as possible/appropriate (they make super bright LARGE led ones, even solar now so don't need to be hard wired). 

This would build a great team and build up the people out there and around you out there (even with you not being there).

I found markets of opportunity I didn't even know existed before-hand. 

It was really tough as FEMA was even involved in the flooding in Cicero, and for our tenants, they did nothing.

Second because they can’t borrow the amount over the property’s appraised value, even for the furniture.

But when I add in the cost of paying on the HELOC as well, it gets even farther from penciling.
