My company proposes full service package for international investors in the US, including entity setup and financing throughout the US (even if you have neither visa nor credit in the US). 

When asked I personally have a credentials package that includes:1. background check2. copies of all my state licenses3.

So i will more than likely try and get the same deal on my next purchase from him and perhaps purchase a package deal of 2 or 3 within the next 6 to 12 months... depending on how the PM team goes and how much cash I can have saved up.

Just understand that many people have encountered wholesalers who don't know what they're doing or who have their numbers out of place as they're trying to make as much as possible (they think) off of one deal instead of playing the long game (would you rather make $15,000 off of one that doesn't sell as it isn't a deal or $30,000 off of 6 that are real deals) or they are operating too much in the grey areas.

They sell package homes and can help you with building plans; however, I am not sure if they do the actually building of homes.

Portfolio lenders are banks and credit unions that don't package and sell the loans (paper) to investors.

Generally rising rents mean expenses are rising and you also may encounter higher vacancy. 

I have bought property through this county before, and had no problems with title (the county quitclaims title, but I was still able to get title insurance after submitting the foreclosure package to the title company to review).
