Not short term...long term...with an actual number with a "$" in front.2 - Work your way backwards (reverse engineer) from step #1 by breaking down Step #1 into smaller mini steps...I like to call them "achievable measurable milestones".3 - Define the financial criteria, as in "how much profit" or  "cash flow" must you get at each of your Milestones.4 - Go find the micro-markets where the property profiles align with each of the different criteria from Step #3...they will be different profiles since the criteria will be different.5 - Decide on the best strategy, or strategies, that will achieve each Milestone.6 - Run a practice/test using actual properties...as if you were doing it for real.7 - Now...do it for real.

Hopefully you won't need any legal help either if you make any wrong moves in your endeavors.If you are a drug dealer (Not saying you are), and you are on the street corner (Not saying you are) and you approach someone and ask them if they want to buy drugs (Not saying you did), and they say yes, I'm confident that the defense of "I've already found buyers ready to go" won't be sufficient to avoid the allegation of drug dealing and possible charges.You found buyers for borrowers that may be selling because they may be in or approaching foreclosure.

Some of the reasons I've invested in the Smokies are: A) it's withstood the test of time as a vacation destination, having been popular longer than I've been alive; B) it's a drive-to destination, not a fly-to one, making it more accessible to people from a variety of financial backgrounds; and C) it's an affordable destination, so it's less likely to feel a big squeeze during recession than a high priced market might.

i seem to be struggling with the documentation when buying something im not sure of but i get multiple definitions that are leading me to think that these idea's only exist in the mind but somehow exist on paper contracts im confused some of the words are mortgage, mortgage bond, bond fund, names related to a bond in finance, i want to better learn the paperwork that is involved in financing a real estate transaction which is why i am pursuing a job as a mortgage underwriter but i wonder if i will be taking finra series # related exams that and nmls related testing for liscensure reasons before recieving sponsership to work at a BBB accredited brokerage firm or a mortgage bank related company
