I have two gorgeous ladies at home, my wife of 5 years and our 1 year old daughter. 

My Daughter in Vegas is having a banner year.. concentrating on the high end  1 mil plus  she has 9 years in the business and like I tell all these wanna be wholesalers if you gut it out in the industry and get to were my daughter is ( almost all referrals now) its a great business  Her mom does help her close and keep deals together even to this day.

We're planning to convert the 2 cars garages into a living room and wet-bar/kitchen so we can rent out the lower as a separate unit while we're living on the upper level ( me, my wife and a 3 y.o daughter).This is my first time doing house hacking/remodeling, so I'm looking for feedback, suggestions, and recommendation for contractors/handymen.

My previous job was a Registered Nurse but after losing my 21-year old daughter to a senseless act of gun violence on August 3, 2015, I could no longer handle the mental and emotional demands of nursing.

A good problem to have.I'll be 70 next year, required to do withdrawals, so we'll invest the withdrawals, and at the same time cover a my daughters graduate study.

My daughter lives and is a realtor in the Waterville area I think she is up to around 15 house rentals now, we do not talk much but I am still very proud of her.
