I would do my best to keep those tenants long term raise the rent every so often and be sure that the maintenance was done so I could count on this house being a considerable portion of my retirement.

And of course solvents from cleaning up cars and parts.The problem is that with heavy ran, all those chemicals tend to rise up out of the water-soaked ground and run off into the area.As an aviation side note, it used to be common that small airplane pilots would use fuel testers on their gas tanks by sumping a little fuel from the wing tanks to check for water contamination.

Well no political discussions are easy as its against the forum rules, and we will remove political posts for anyone posting after me.I think the biggest factor with the new administration isn't so much with his promise to drain the swamp, but rather with what is likely to be a rising interest rate enviorment.
