I am not sure if there are companies that take on non experienced investors and if all they offer is a commission position?

Does anything change for the buyer/seller in respect to doing a LO deal when going through an agent that charges a commission?

To be a real estate investor you don't really need a license, you only need it to collect commissions on transactions, and when you get one you will be able to do residential and commercial real estate, it just depends on what you want to specialize in.

Just a couple years ago the Boston Fair Housing Commission ruled that simply asking the question "Where are you from?"

Now get your real estate license and next time  list it, you'll pay yourself back some commission !

It so happens that my agent personally knows the agent for the subject property and according to my agent, the other agent is holding up the offer process so that they don't have to split the commission.
