Frankly, we are on a cliff and I need one more favor.HB 461, the Landlord eviction bill, is on a maybe list to be heard in the Senate Judicial Committee on Friday, the last day bills will be heard.Would you write a quick email to Chairman Todd Lakey (you will need to format this it is : tlakey then put at sign senate.idaho.gov) and Co-Chairman Abby Lee (alee then put at sign then senate.idaho.gov) and ask them to please make HB 461 one of the bills that gets heard Friday?

The seller was going to relist the property, assuming they could get a conventional buyer to pay more and I coordinated with my lender to order conventional (5% down) appraisal which surprisingly came in for less.

So, through the title/escrow co I let them know that if the attorney did not cancel it, I would be presenting them for the bill for the new locks and locksmith, and any damage the clean out folks did to MY house as they had no authority---and it was not occupied.

We would like to do more deals (I have a design team, team to find deals etc.) but currently have the following issues to execute: -I co sign on the debt on every project we do, but, we need an additional guarantor for our banks-my "friends and family" equity is tapped out.
