My Future landlord terminated my lease before I moved in

I signed the lease gave the landlord my deposit. They terminated the lease on my move in date. I had doubts about moving in with my boyfriend. The landlord suggested I take him off, I gave it a couple days to think about. I then sent her an email seeing if we can move forward with just me on the lease. She said she had to ask her boss. I then received an email saying the lease was cancelled due to an “red flag”. Also saying the co-signer never agreed to be the co-signer (which was false information and never discussed) how can I go about this ?
