Hi folks,I've read plenty of posts and articles about choosing between sole proprietor and LLC.

Nothing is more important than in business/Real Estate as your REPUTATION.

And if I choose to not to move-in at all, would it not be wiser to purchase a really good SFH(single family home) instead and rent that to cover any rent I'd be paying? 

They DO allow you to use very little information to make an complex decision that covers many market conditions, many strategy options and many goal objectives.One thing we all have in common is limited time and how we choose to spend it.

It is all about know what comps to choose, and how to value or devalue certain features, and understanding the condition scale etc.I would be leery though of placing it under contract with a buyer who has not seen the property.

I inquired once about choosing the title company (as it can be done in my area) and was told that it meant paying all the costs.

Now do wholesalers have a bad reputation in real estate? 

So I am inquiring about a reputable company or investor that you can refer me to for Lease Option for myself.
