It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

There is a real learning curve and many aspects that one has to account for.

You can also try and reduce the purchase price or other aspects of the deal to take on these tenants and the headache.  

The referral aspect too from being an agent is great as well, you may have planted a seed here with me.

It all depends on what aspect of REI you actually want to get into: do you want buy and hold rental properties?

I know many people use it for tracking leads, marketing campaigns, etc and was wondering if anyone has had any experience using it for the actual management of commercial property.Another aspect of Podio as a management suite that I'm interested in, is it's potential to link up with QuickBooks.
