If you can't manage your money, how can you manage the revenues and expenses of a Real Estate business?

Like everyone else on this site with ambition, when I hit $1 million in revenue per month and have a bunch of write offs, I'm sure I'll start building personal experience ;)

What's the general strategy to allow the biggest flexibility? 

Applying a 35% expense calc on that revenue gets you about $77k in expenses.

Were fairly experienced but the biggest area we are probably going to need help in is rebuilding our deal machine and possibly some networking to find deals.

The offices and coworking space, did the increase greatly your revenue/profit per square foot vs pure self storage? 

One of my biggest questions on this is if we end up doing this if we need to have any kind of special insurance for renting cabins like that?.

Also 9-15 months lost possible revenue if you bought a already built one.
