Hello

Number one

Me and my wife are thinking about buying some land about an hour outside the city for our personal use and also maybe a business endeavor as well. It's next to a tourist attraction and we are thinking about building some small cabins to rent out during the vacation season which would be about three quarters out of the year. One of my biggest questions on this is if we end up doing this if we need to have any kind of special insurance for renting cabins like that?. I'm trying to research this online and see but haven't really come across anything yet.

Number two

So the land we are looking at has a trailer home on it and we are wanting to take this and move it to a small lot closer to the city and rent it out. I've never paid to have a trailer moved and I'm uncertain what the cost of utilities from the city hooked up would be so I was just wondering what people's experience has been with that.
