There is a lot of time preparing a marketing plan, getting it set, getting a professional photographer, signage, designs, shopping it to other agents, equipment, etc the list goes on and on.

Figure out how to search for the different company designations, then look for those with out of state mailing addresses, if those sites are designed to allow a generalized search, like that. 

But I'd never go into one with a significant amount of money designated for an imminent retirement.
