A new PM cannot get any worse than Vacasa, but probably won’t be much better.Self Managing is an option and most of the regulars on this forum advocate that approach, but there is a “survivor bias” here, since we only hear from the successful ones.

They cover enough to be worth the class even if you use a PM, but they are big advocates of self managing and cover what is necessary to manage STRs (tools, team, pricing, etc).
