For investors, they will usually provide spreadsheets for bidding (new properties are released every Friday at midnight) and will usually have relationships with Title Companies that are also HUD approved.As HUD pays closing and commissions, it is worth it to find a Brokerage you can work with, as a lot of the busy work will be done by them on your behalf.Good luck...
