That would be great, and I assume it would probably be easier to qualify for a mortgage if it were "income" instead of a capital gain as it seems like a more steady term to me.

They won't let you take $125k cash out of a property you are only into for $105k.Actually one of the VP's at a small bank I talked to said legislation is in progress to use only LTC for 10 years after purchase on all investment properties.
